Behaviour Specialist TA (scale 7)

Line Manager: Department Leader, Class Teacher

Hours: 32.5 hours per week term time only

Salary: Scale7 Points 29-31, term time only

You will need to have:

· Team Teach Trainer qualification or commitment to gaining qualification within the first year

· Numeracy and literacy skills or qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 2 in English and maths.

· Experience of working with primary aged pupils with severe/profound learning difficulties and autism and challenging behaviour in a school setting under the direction of a teacher.

· Experience of general clerical/ administrative work.

· Specialist training in relevant learning strategies in appropriate curriculum or learning areas.
